 INGREDIENTS
  
•750 g Sardines 
•100 g Almonds 
•red pepper 
•60 g Breadcrumb 
•chilli pepper 
•Milk 
•Sunflower oil 
•lemon juice 
•Salt 
•Pepper
 
 PREPARATION 
Peel, remove the scrape and wash the sardines. Dry, salt and pepper and set aside. Chop the pepper and chilli. Soak the bread crumb in milk. Toast and crush the almonds in a mortar. Put them in a large bowl with the crumbs of drained bread, chilli and pepper and mix.

Fill the sardines with the previous preparation and place them on a previously greased baking sheet. Brush the sardines with oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and bake for approximately thirty minutes. If desired, it can be served with a side of white rice.

 INGREDIENTS  

•500   grams of shrimp 
•tablespoon Sauce 
•tablespoon lemon juice 
•1/4   cup white wine (dry) 
•1/4   teaspoon oregano 
•1/4   teaspoon rosemary 
•1/4   tsp Savory 
•1/4   teaspoon marjoram 
•1/4   teaspoon thyme 
•teaspoon of pepper (freshly ground) 
•teaspoon paprika 
 
PREPARATION

Put the shrimp in a pan. Sprinkle the oregano, rosemary, savory, marjoram and thyme, pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Add the sauce and stir very well. Add the wine and put on high heat. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Drain the shrimp and serve.
